“All the best to you” is usually the correct way to wish someone well. 

“All the best for you” is not grammatically wrong but it is not the natural way to wish someone well in English.

We use “All the best to you” when we are saying goodbye to someone and we want to wish them luck. We don’t usually use “All the best to you” when we will see the person soon after.

“All the best to you” is often shortened to “all the best” and can also work well as an email sign-off.

“All the best for you” is not common in English because “all the best to you” is a set expression to wish someone luck and say goodbye at the same time.

“The best for you” is possible in English and people often use this phrase when they want to show that they are empathetic to you.

All the best to you and your family meaning

“All the best to you and your family” is a way to say that you want to send good wishes to someone and their family.

It is a very nice thing to say and could be a greeting on a card or a present.

All the best to you and yours

“All the best to you and yours” means something similar to “All the best to you and your family”

“Yours” in this instance means “your family” or “your loved ones” in other words the people that are closest to you. 

Again, this could be something that people write on a card or a present, and in my experience “All the best to you and yours” is more common in American English.
